Open Question: Will I get into Summer Session at this school? PLEASE HELP!?

I am trying to get into OhioState summer session and then stay enrolled for the fall. I will be transferring from southern connecticut state university. I have a GPA of 2.96 and I did average-OK in high school. I did Somewhat well on my SAT's and ACT's I have no extracurricular activities or work. as I understand it Ohio state has a high transfer rate but most of those transfers are through programs at local community colleges for automatic enrollment into the school. if anyone has any insight please let me know! thank you in advance!...
